- Orders are processed and shipped next business day via USPS
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information. Please note that we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in transit.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, we recommend contacting USPS to file a claim.
While we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages, we're happy to offer a 15% discount on your next order as a small gesture of care.
