All orders are carefully prepared and packed with love. Because of the nature of our products (physical books), all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Once your order has been shipped, it is handled by USPS. Please note that we are not responsible for any damage, delays, or issues that may occur during transit, including the condition of the packaging upon arrival.

If your package arrives with significant damage, we recommend reaching out directly to USPS to file a claim.
